The wait is
almost over! Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ:ERTS) and Maxis today
announced that Spore(TM), the most anticipated video game of the year
from the creator of The Sims(TM), has gone gold and will be available
for the Mac and PC at retailers September 5 in Europe and September 7
in North America and Asia Pacific. Spore(TM) Creatures for Nintendo
DS(TM) and Spore(TM) Origins for mobile phones will also be available
globally September 7.
Players who preorder Spore or Spore Galactic Edition from
participating retailers will receive a coupon good for $10 off their
next purchase of custom merchandise at www.zazzle.com/sporestore. For
the ultimate Spore fan, the limited Galactic Edition will contain the
'Making of Spore' DVD, 'How to Build a Better Being' DVD (a 50 minute
National Geographic Channel documentary DVD hosted by Spore
mastermind, Will Wright), 'The Art of Spore' hardback book, an
exclusive Spore poster, and a premium 100-page Galactic Handbook.

Like the tech video. Anyway 3 things I really liked in that first video. At 28:40 he makes a comment about not likeing all the creatures that have been made. At 47:40 he mentions why we don't have some of the hair and feather options we would have liked to see. At 56:16 they mention why we won't be seeing our creatures piloting any of the vehicles. In the second video they mentioned collision detection, said there was no way they could figure that out for spore. Also he mentioned how they had made major changes to the complexity meter.

whats the flora editor??? im sorry im not up to date on that news my internet has been out for a while. and ya we need some new news i would even be happy with some new videos or something! wait a second... de xdreamache and the other spore fansite owners got to that thing where they can play spore yet??? because if they did; then did xdreamache film or even take pictures of it or anything there???

hi! i love the cool contests and i would love to enter in some but i don't know how to upload my creature here to "my creatures" on xspore! it says on one of the steps i need to "Click on your creature in the spore.com sporepedia and paste the URL in the address bar here." and then "Right click on the "Download" link in the spore.com sporepedia and save that file to your desktop. This is what you need to upload and is *required*. PNG Only" What do they both mean and how do i do both??!! PLEASE help! thank you! :D

SPORE is going to have an expansion! Apparently, expansions have already been planned for Spore. This is every gamer's anticipation. Hey everyone, 2 things, one their are going to be expansions whith one including the flora editor and more parts not to mention that ,2, 1up is having creature contests called the sporelympics and the winnner of a contest gets the creature they entered turned into a action figure kind of thing which they'll mail to u!!!! this weeks contest is..... "to Cute to live",quite literally so cute you want to kill it like new hunters wanting to kill bambi

to imallears?? I'm not certain but I'm fairly sure a core 2 "duo" would work just fine. If it's a "solo" then that's more questionable.
