New prototypes!

Maxis made two new prototypes available. Instead of weird simulations, now they released the whole prototypes of the creature and space stages.

In SPUG, the player controls an avatar creature on a simple planetary terrain where they may hunt prey, evade predators, eat, rest and level up their stats.

In SPACE, the player explores a galaxy of stars with a spacecraft, discovering new worlds to terraform and colonize and encountering alien species to fight or befriend.

Gamespot released a hands-on preview of the first three phases, and four new videos. Here they are (1, 2, 3, 4)

Also, Gamesradar released six exclusive videos, including a demonstration of a tribal outfit creator, the creation of two spaceships, and three interesting interviews from Spore developers.

Myself I didn't like the new ones. The last set had my expectations prety high though.

Dude the Tribal outfitter did more then you think, we got to see begining tribal behavior, bassically he mumbled like a cartoon idiot bu it is still getting close to human speech

Im still iching to know if you can build a city underwater, but those vids where awesome i just wish the went into more detail with the tribal outfitter

Could somebody please, PLEASE explain to me how to play these things!? In detail? It says "the application has failed to start because glut32.dll was not found." I have no clue what this means, so if somebody could please help me out in how to run these things, like from first step to last, I'd be really grateful :-7

lol in the space game i pwnd every other race into extinction, and colonized about 40 planets. then i got bored, to bad it doesn't have a save feature. space was in my opinion the only one that was any good. oh wait sorry, city maze was fun too. but it got laggy at around 700 critters. creature was ok but really confusing, i did like how the creatures huddled together though. i'll shut up now.
