well if this article is right then we are half way to release, so it should be about march-early april

I just pre-ordered Spore today for a March 3 release date at EB Games. I live in Canada.

My birthday is March 20th, and unfortunately, i have no expectation of Spore coming out in stores until mid-April, or maybe even May. Although i do expect Spore to be a powerful new challenge for my crazy imagination.

My birthday is on the 1st of march.!!! ;D

It would be better for them to release the game now, even if it is glitchy. If they just keep putting it off then people will just lose interest or download a copycat version of the game. Will Wright says they got a fully playable build and it's just being tested. Why not release the game and let us test it? His team can always release patches later.

SporeFan, a website for the game, has a countdown that says that we have about 76 days left untel it comes out. Total Spore,another site for the game, also has a countdown for the game that says that we have about 2 months and 15 days left intel it is out.

If the games fully playable why dont they bring the demo out now it doesnt matter if it has got bugs its only a demo and they said they are only bring the creature editor as the demo not the whole game

so it's coming in spring again? good they said it would be coming next summer. well at least some good news. BTW I think they should release the demo now if the game is "fully playable"

Its not!?!?! Danget! At least that is probably still going to be the release date though. I will probably forget to eat or got to school or take bathroom breaks at all. When the day of spores coming out comes, i will probably wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning and get to gamestop as fast as i can :) :D

lol. i doubt anyone will forget to breath. but they probably wont eat for like a week strait trying to get to the space phaze:D i hope it comes out in march.

6 months...And if it comes out a hole lot of lives will be lost... I mean most of us will forget to eat and breath when were playing it and if its as good as it looks.

OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY WE HAVE AN OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE. Now all we need are some system requirements and a demo and i will be happy, nay probably overjoyed

we might still get a march release though... "roughly six months" can still be anytiem as early as 5 months or as late as 7 months
