Planet on the right looks kinda flat...

Otherwise, pretty dang good! (Better than anything I could do).

Spore....I have loved it from the day i heard about it... E3 2006

And on the 7th post tom look down and saw the textures, he though them good,

where'd you get them from/how'd you make then, my texture for my space senses seem a bit dull, i just use solid noise and colorize them.........but yeah its good, then only major problem i have with it is if the is behind the planet, why is this side lite up,..........but I guess it would look crap with just 2 black blobs on the screen so I'll let it go,

Texture ... hmmm ok here goes.

Texture overlay "cloudy one" (Screen)
Rasturize Layer
Texture overlay "Shiney one" (Darken)
Rasturize Layer
Colour overlay "Brown" (Darken color)
Texture overlay "Cloudy one" (Soft Light)
Rasturize layer
Colour overlay "Blue" (Exclusion)
Gradient overlay "Special mix" (Hard Light)
Rasturize layer
Texture overlay "Cloudy one" (Overlay)
Rasturize Layer

Repeat/Modify the above till your happy

Erm yea it was a long wash and repeat process untill i got it just right, i'd never be able to make the same planet twice though.
