I'm not trying to make anyone mad, but this is something that has been bothering me since my January entry.

As you all may or may not know, Treefrog was the winner of September and November's monthly wallpaper contests.

The rules state that you may only win once. Now it was explained that he won the second contest due to the other entries being disqualified.

That is all fine and well, however, I think it is unfair. If he is able to have both of those entries in the final wallpaper contest, then I believe it would only be right to give all should have the chance to have more than one entry in the final contest.

What do you guys think?

Now do you mean everyone should be able to post 2 entries in a contest because TreeFrog did in a certain contest?

If so then just forget about it because i think that was just a one off thing.

Oh ok then that makes sense. You know maybe they should make 2 seperate comps for hand drawn and for computer art because its kinda hard to compete with computer art but then again it doesnt really effect me so meh........oh well its just a thought

In the "final" contest you will have to pick only one of your designs to complete(if you have won more than once), this is already explained in the rules.

As I understand it, any contest entry from any month entered maybe entered into the final showdown no matter which month you won.

As for my November entry well, common rules are rules, if they arn't the right size then they cant win, entirely your fault for not reading the rules.

Also with reading of the rules, you can only enter one of your best for the final, so i wouldn't get to enter 2.

Talking about Final Contest entries, is it ok to make one especially for the final, or would i have to enter the one i want to be in the final in some other month, just so i can use it in the final, answer much appreciated, preferably from one of the devs.

The rules state your entry must be from the untouchables section... But nice idea, I'll let Dreamache or Karma Answer that one fully(Maybe a 2nd contest of "untouchable" winners can put that into place - kinda like a draw off lol)

So i guess what your saying xAndy, is that I would have to enter the one I want to be in the Untouchables Contest, into the next available contest, in order for me to use it, right? Or does it have to be the winner, of that month?

I really want to use the one I've made especially for it, I don't wanna ruin it by having to summit it to one of the contest months.
