Haha I nabbed the first entry for the new year!

Well, I know I've entered once already, but I wanted to try a completely different style.. so here it is.

Again, this is all my original artwork so I ask that you please do not modify it in any way or use it in your own compilations. Thank you very much.

Zephyr you can enter as many times as you want till you win a contest.

Nice work there Zephyr, like the cell shaded look, not my type of wallpaper, but looks great.

Yeh, not really my typical wallpaper either, but I actually like it.

Kind of reminds me of insanaguarium by popcap...or yahoo... games.

Anyhow, yeah, I used photoshops pen tool mostly. with some outlines for each layer.

My entry for this month, I may start making a more of a role in these contests, gives me something to do.

This month, im going for a serenity/miniscule approach, seeing as you guys got the treat of a KAHBOOMAH last month xD!...thanks to Treefrog and Xandy for pushing me to post this =D!

Now I'm posting my first (finished) wallpaper and realise I don't stand a chance against those that have already posted...oh well
I just spend half an hour messing with the filters to see what you can do on this wonderfull program photoshop, so sorry that I kinda overused them

not to use it from screenshots? x) it's not fair that the ''Wow factor'' comes from screenshots put together, then add a few custom items such as transparency and fancy writing x)...I think the best ones are ones made from scratch with your own work =D...But hey, just had to get it offa mah chest ^_^

Thanks for the tips Azkanan, but unfortunately some people don't have any art skills and have to rely on simply editing. Many people do this for wallpapers.
Although the blurs and background are original work
