I was just wondering whats the maxium number of allie ships you can have in your fleet in space stage?

i think it maxs at 5, but i've never had more than 4 allies with me cos they die to quick and i can't be bothered to revisit them to get another

The maximum is 5, unless you have the Summon Minu-U superpower (Knight Philosophy)
In that case you can summon a mini-version of your spaceship, acting like an extra ally for 2
minutes, what makes the maximum of helping ships 6.

Become allies with the bigger and stronger empires. The smaller and just started empires have weaker ships.

Well i have 6 ships in my fleet so i guess thats all, well thats crap how are you ment to conqure other races with just 6 ships.

this game is getting very disappointing now!

With such a fleet its pretty easy to conquer other planets once you get used to how to do it, even the homeworlds with 6 or more cities.

- Make sure you have some AOE Repairs (to repair the ally-ships instantly)
- Eventually take some Repair Mega Packs with you too, to repair yourself.
- Having the Mega Bomb ability would help
- If you can afford it, take enough Anti Matter-Bombs with you

Locate where the ships of your opponent are on your map.
2 Options now:
1) Go for destroying the ships first and then the cities. Keep in mind, on the planets
with more cities,new ships will be made.

2) My favorite way to work: Choose a city further away from the ships on the map. Once at the city, drop an Anti Matter-Bomb and fly away immediately. Wait till the Anti Matter-Bomb is loaded again, and head for the next city. Eventually the ships of your opponent come nearby. Let your allies handle them, and repair yourself and your allies when needed. When you reach the last city, just fire your laser at the headquarters till the meter on top of your screen is filled and says capture city if you want to take over the planet. Or just bomb the city if you want to destroy all on the planet and don't want to have the planet.

Ofcourse there are other ways by which you can keep more cities to take over, but that will take more time and a lot more risk on having your ship destroyed.

you can take over the galaxy with only 1 ship, because your ship is better then any single one one of the others (thats why they balanced it by giving the enemy so friggin many ships)

Thats true. Tho I prefer to take my allies with me so i don't have to spend time at the other ships on the planet. But indeed, with one ship you can do it by the same way as described/
