i dont rele care when it comes out (as long as its not lik in 2009 or something) but a release date right about now is all i need to stay hooked on this game

its fucking speculation,he says its likely to happen but it dosn't mean it will,and if anything releaseing the game might make things go better for EA then they are now.

You all know why they call them analysts right? It's because "stuff guessers" sounds terrible. Analysts really only make guesses and hope they work out.

Spore seems like it is on schedule, i dont think they had to many bugs when they tested it so i am really not worried about this. EA said they will get us the game they promised us, and we will get it. I am still gonna say March-April is gonna be the release date.

Ill say it again: March '08 was never going to be the release date. When they said Spore was delayed untill 2008 they said the absolute earliest would be April 1st.

Did you really think they would release it at the earliest posible date?

Were looking at a Spring/Summer release, old news to me.

First of all I dont think WW has given us any release dates, so its not bullshit dates that he's told us. And second of all EA said April - June dates because those are the furthest pushed back dates, you could call them safe dates really.

To be honest, they can take as long as they like, Id rather wait for a bug free excellent game than receive a dissappointing glitch fest. It will come out, this game must have cost a bomb and its the one of the most eagerly awaited.

This reminds of a situation on the Company of Heroes community, people were bitching and moaning about the game being unbalanced and connection issues, the community pressured Relic (the designers) into releasing a patch and when they did it was incomplete and people were moaning about relic rushing out the patch, when many of them were the very people who pressured for its release.

Remember at the end of all this Maxis and EA are just humans who work 9-5, id rather they took their time than rushed the game out.

Maybe if they worked 9-6 once in a while we'd have this game already.. lol
