Hi there.

I discovered the game of Spore about a month or two ago and have since been in love with it. I am one of those people who plan to grab it the day it is released. (And I am actually prepared to upgrade my system specs if need be. )

Did a quick Google search for Spore-related discussion and ended up finding a site which contained a link to this one. I must say, that a lot of the Spore discussion I found was powered by SMF, which while it is a decent software, can't compare to more professional scripts such as vB, and to be honest that is one of the things that drew me here.

I hope to enjoy discussing Spore with you all in the many days/months/years to come.

First time I saw Spore was on Gamespy. I thought it was really cool and then i was starting some research. I found this website, which i think is awesome. I hope Spore is out before 2007, because I really want it.

Well, I've skipped this particular thread a while ago saying, it's really stupid to do an introduce urself thread. However, i think it mite be fitting that as a full member i submit a who i am thread to show that I really do like Spore, and Will Wright games and a bunch of other stuff. I have a sense of humor. I thinkits important for people to realize this before I shoot them point blank in Halo or other good fps's. This way it kind of lightens the pressure. Well, thats who I am: Esdawg01 (initials + american idol when it was cool + originality)

Hey I'm Nuke or Nuclear or Chinchila or Chinch and for some strange reason some ppl call me Taco cuz they thought my name was NuclearEnchilada(). I'm just in High School right now but reeeaaaaaalllyyyy want spore, alot. It just leaves so much room for creativity, which is what I want and it's open-ended. And on a random final note, I plan on going into Industrial Design.

Hiya. Been on the boards for a while now. I'm a long time gamer starting back with the Atari 2600 and TI-99 home computer--that's the 70's and 80's for you young folk. I love RPG's and RTS's that break the mold with new innovative ideas. Spore looks to be a defining game for its generation and I'm looking foward to its release next year, although I was really hoping Santa Claus was going to leave it in my stocking this year
