ummm jsut wanted to say, the simlish langauge thing is already in there (at least i heard) if you have a monkey mouth, when they get to a certain part of the game, all creatures develope lang. and the monkey voices will speak simlish. And cheats really dumb -_- at least in a game like spore. Although they R going to have a DNA cheat.... they already have one for the creator.... if you read the READ ME thing it says so in there lol

Cheating on spore is useless. I want to create the world!
Not get a bonus creature or something of the nature.

Okay... dear everyone... you don't seem to get it... not trying to be rude... but there wont be some super strong amazing creature coming over that first hill... the game balances out... it just wont happen...

For those of you that are SO holy, and choose not to cheat... oh, wow, your SO wonderful... more skilled... etc, etc... are you happy now?

People who cheat, aren't lesser beings than you, they just choose to walk a different path, and to say that cheats would ruin the game, it will have no effect on your game... so don't cheat, that choice does NOT make you superior to someone who does!

Get over yourselves... we will all enjoy Spore, for what it is... a game... a game that is going to change the face of games everywhere (I hope)... but how we play it... is up to the individual!

This thread is to discuss possible cheats, not to bag people who choose to cheat, if you don't want to cheat... then don't... but don't sit here, in a thread that is for discussing possible cheats, grow a brain.

Personally, I probably will use some cheats... and thats my choice!

I think there will be cheats to, give x amount of money, to skip levels, to unlock parts in the editors, to give all abilities to the ufo and possibly some kind of 'GOD' I cant die kinda cheat.

I'm sorry if I came accross as rude, I just think that people need to accept other people's choices

In the creature creator there is a thing that shows you how complecated your creature is and it doesn't let you put more parts on it if it is too complacated

$500 e-Dollars says there's a cheat that has something to do with Laama's.

Lol. I agree, And BTW cheating does make you a lesser person, you can't even win a computer game on easy.........You wouldn't be to happy if someone cheated in a exam got better result than you and then got the job you went for........but like you said you have to except their path...........

Okay... that just doesn't make sense... cheating doesn't make me a lesser person than you... I cheat, because I don't have the time to spend finding/doing every single thing... but I still want to enjoy the game play...

Your right... cheating on something 'real' such as an exam... is bad... but that's different... a game isn't real, how I play it and how you play it has nothing to do with the other...

Just because you have hours and hours to sit at your computer and play, doesn't make you a better person... it means you have more time than me... I mean no disrespect by that, I'm not saying you don't have a life, just that you have more time on your hands.

I resent the face that you call me a lesser person... I can win a computer game on easy, have done many times... though I don't really think Spore is one of those games that you can 'WIN' as such... its more about having the experience... I plan to start at the beginning and work my way from the start.

Not that it really matters how I play my game... because its not going to make any difference to you... but at least I'll have it tomorrow... the second of September... I love being an Aussie...

Someone made a mod to surpass the limits of the complexity meter in cc trial, but it broke it, so I don't think they're gonna try it in spore

No, that just proves that your a slow typist... I work in an office all day, and type at over 90 words per minute... so typing a post of that size doesn't take me very long.

Have you actually posted what you think the cheats of this game will be? or are you too busy paying out people who make the choice to cheat?

A complexity meter hack isnt going to do a lot. It wont make "uber" creatures, as those kinds of things dont stack.

For instance, if I add 3 features that add +3 health, +4 health, and +4 health, I only get +4 health.

Same goes for clothing during the Tribal phase.

you can disable the complexity meter by pressing cntrl shift c and then typing freedom theres also some cheats to give you lots of sporebucks and recharge your energy in space stage I need to rest my eyes now they hurt from playing spore to much

You guys forget, the ecosystem is supposed to balance itself. So if you don't use cheats, you're not gonna see monsters with 50 poison shooters. If you choose to cheat, however, you will. Cheating won't make it as easy as you may think, at least I assume.

A lot of goody goodies here that take this game way too seriously when they are all down on cheats and angry about them. Some people just like to do things out of the ordinary. That's kinda like saying winning the lottery is cheating and that you must be bad at life if you want to do that. But who doesn't want to win the lottery? Haha.

Well,I got Spore yesterday,and yes:there are cheats for DNA

Not for the complexity meter though...thank god =P

EDIT:nvm,I just read the "freedom" cheat...damn! XD
