No more voting polls for contests.
As stated in the announcement page for July's winners:

On a side note, a lot of you have wondered where the contest polls went. We've decided to not use thread polls anymore because after the first couple months, it became a tedious task having to make sure no one was cheating by making multiple accounts, having friends signup and vote for their entry, and so on.

You can be assured however that we do take time to judge the winner and take many variables into consideration. We have a couple designers who are very good at what they do who have an eye for art.

We're sorry for any confusion.
