but that makes me wonder about the game play, like will you still be able to use land vehicles or planes to their full extent not being from above ground/air....

i'd expect you'd get little water tight machines that are anphibious and big bubble cities filled with water. just imagine that a fish controlling a tank lol its like filling your car with water and putting a gold fish in there to see how well it drives ^^.
Not sure if you'd get flying anphibious machines. definatly land vehicles and ufo's though, can't wait to see my first fish flied UFO, then again you might have to evolve to land to go to space ... who knows.
