hm, what translator have you used? It looks like it got the right idea in exact word translation to english but the "concerning" came out of the blue. I could explain to you the friendships and applaud part.
( i am trying my best as german being my first language to explain to a non-german speaking english person what this means)
applaud, in germany, is used as a negative communication, when you applaud at some, it means you feel offended and/or angry in a sort of way. Applauding is similiar to applauding in the english way, except it is a much softer action of you hand rubs away from another as you do it, sort of like clapping both hands together sofly, then rubbing them apart, and repeating the action.
A more correct way to translate this would be "I applaud at our negative friendship"
