Texture ... hmmm ok here goes.

Texture overlay "cloudy one" (Screen)
Rasturize Layer
Texture overlay "Shiney one" (Darken)
Rasturize Layer
Colour overlay "Brown" (Darken color)
Texture overlay "Cloudy one" (Soft Light)
Rasturize layer
Colour overlay "Blue" (Exclusion)
Gradient overlay "Special mix" (Hard Light)
Rasturize layer
Texture overlay "Cloudy one" (Overlay)
Rasturize Layer

Repeat/Modify the above till your happy

Erm yea it was a long wash and repeat process untill i got it just right, i'd never be able to make the same planet twice though.
